Taking inspiration from the Hoovervilles of the Great Depression and the Resurrection City encampment of 1968, “Muskville” will be a visible hub of resistance in the heart of DC, where we will provide material support to workers and others harmed by the administration. This permitted installation, which we expect to continue for several weeks, will also offer opportunities to learn, organize together, and build toward the future. We will offer a daily schedule of programming that mixes direct services (such as job search help for fired federal workers) with political education, training, and culture.
